In the recent January edition of “Justice’s Quarterly”, Professional Development Advisor Shinae Skelton, wrote an interesting article on the use of rubber stamps by Justices of the Peace. Her article is entitled “Buying thousands of stamps.” In the article, she explains the dilemma of it being entirely impractical to have stamps with the specific wording required by every single entity being dealt with.
